PRIVATE YOGA

Yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the individual student. Today’s group classes are fun, energizing and help to create a strong community and affordable yoga, however, in a group class teachers may not be able to deliver the individualized attention and guidance that we all need at one time or another.

CORPORATE YOGA

Yoga is a time-tested practice that cultivates boundless levels of energetic and physical fitness. Just as we bring yoga to those who may not otherwise be able to experience the benefits of yoga, through our Yoga Activist branch, we have also designed a yoga program for the corporate employee. Corporate employees deserve the opportunity to reduce stress and tension AND become more physically fit. It’s a busy world we live in today, with increasing demands on employers and employees alike. We work long hours, often hunched over a computer. We skip meals, keep a phone glued to our ear, and rarely leave our workspace for a break. Before long, these work habits begin to take their toll on our bodies and minds in the form of stress, tension and sickness. And while a mild amount of stress can help us meet deadlines, too much stress, or constant stress, can interfere with numerous physical and mental abilities. How we respond to stress can have a significant impact on our total health. Yoga can remove stress from the body and mind.

GROUP YOGA

One of the hardest things about yoga and meditation practice is keeping consistency. In home many people can’t maintain a systematic regular practice. This is where group yoga practice is especially helpful. Group yoga practice encourages the beginners. The yoga classes, taught by our registered yoga therapist include modified yoga postures, relaxation and meditation. In a group or class atmosphere you will not only practice yoga but, you will do it with greater interest and intensity. We also conduct yoga at different fitness centers like gym, clubs etc.There is no barrier of age, sex, place and size for group yoga. Our teachers are well trained and experienced to handle ‘n’ number of students with different health issues at one class.

YOGA RETREATS

Ever feel like you need a vacation when you return from being on vacation? A typical vacation usually gives little rest to our body, mind and senses. The Yoga Vacation program is a great way to go on vacation and really feel a difference. It is designed to recharge your energetic batteries and truly rejuvenate your body and mind to leave you feeling inspired, refreshed, centred and peaceful.

KIDS YOGA

Yoga gives a wonderful foundation to the spine when started at young age. Children adopt the postures more easily than the adults. Also children have wonderful abilities to concentrate, if they are interested in something. Hence, kids yoga is conducted in a playful manner, to stimulate their interest. Let your child be the first one to join the race.

REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing and well-being. It has been developed in the early 1900's by Mikao Usui, and brought to us by a lineage of selected masters. Its name derives from Rei: Spirit and Ki: Life Force Reiki helps restore harmony in the mind, body and spirit. Life energy flows through our subtle bodies along pathways and chakras. When energy flows freely, we experience health and well-being. Conversely, when the flow of energy is disrupted or restricted, we are more vulnerable to illness. The Reiki treatment consists of the positioning of the master's hands on the receiver's body, with or without touch. It concentrates on the Chakras, energy centers along the spine, and on the main internal organs. Reiki has no ideological, political or religious purpose and does not aim at substituting any therapy or medical treatment. In the end Reiki is something you should really experience yourself: just be open, release expectations and enjoy the relaxation!

HEALING YOGA

Healing Yoga comes from the classical tradition of Yoga. Its teachings are derived from the ancient, self-empowering practices of yoga which utilise a wide range of tools to enhance well-being and to maintain and restore health. It can also be a powerful tool for the journey of personal and spiritual growth. This approach offers so much more than the purely physically orientated practices now so common in our culture. Yoga is meant to lead us towards clarity, peace and freedom and to find these things we need to work with all aspects of our being – physical, psychological, emotional and relational.
